How to configure a start programme in 12.04

I would like to configure Thunderbird to start automatically in 12.04
This was simple in version 10
I replaced the Unity Desktop with classic Gnome because Unity did not offer any possibility at all.
Now I have menus again and have opened start programme settings but it needs a command.
What is the command to start Thunderbird, please?

Code:

thunderbird

Thanks!

It's so easy when you know how!
Name: Thunderbird,
Command: thunderbird
works

There is a simple way to add apps to startup in Unity. "Super/Windows key" -> search box type 'startup' and tap enter. You should see an icon for startup apps. Add Thunderbird or whatever. Simple, just different.
